Polypropylene Bag Filter Vessels are rugged housings for filters that are ideal for removing contaminants from liquids. Because they are made from polypropylene, they are extremely resistant to corrosion.
These filters are excellent for low and high flow applications such as chemical filtration, sea water and incoming water filtration.
With the correct bag filter installed, these Bag Filter Vessels pass the liquid through the filter housing, trapping particles and impurities. The filter bag inside may be made of different materials depending on the application you plan to use it for. The vessel will alert you via an optional pressure gauge when the filter bag needs to be replaced.

What size Polypropylene Vessels are Available?
We have multiple sizes available, including Trade Size #1, #2, #5, and X100, which is a direct replacement to the Pall/FSI X100 housing. FSI's old housing is now obsolete, and it is impossible to find an original. But these housings are a direct replacement, utilizing the same size bags.
In addition, we offer multiple configurations of these housings, including over-the-top designs, swing bolt closures, and hand-tight covers. Hand-tight covers are available for Size #1, Size #5, and X100. Swing Bolt covers are available for Size #1 and Size #2. Over the Top covers are available for Size #2.
