High Capacity ESP Bag Filters

East Coast Filter, Inc. introduces the ESP Extended Surface Pleat Bag Filter, designed
to provide high dirt-holding capacity and increased flow while extending filter service
life. The ESP combines a Standard Felt Bag with an internal pleated pre-filter pack,
creating additional filtration surface area within the same Standard Bag configuration.

The ESP Pleat-Pack is constructed by pleating two layers of Felt with progressively larger Micron ratings than the final Filtration layer. For example, a 5 Micron ESP Bag features a 5 Micron Felt outer layer with an internal 25/10 Micron pre-filter Pleat-Pack. This layered configuration allows the internal media to capture larger particles before they reach the final Filtration layer, increasing dirt-holding capacity and helping maintain flow.

Under normal operating conditions, the ESP Bag can provideup to 5x the service life of a Standard Nominal Felt Bag. The extended service life reduces filter changeout frequency, increasing product throughput while helping reduce downtime, labor, and filter disposal costs.
