The Neptune Model FTF Replacement Bag Filters are made specifically to be used in The Neptune Pot Filter Feeder. The Neptune Filter Feeder combines chemical addition and high capacity filtering in one piece of equipment. It is a convenient way to introduce solid or liquid chemicals into hot or cold water closed loop circulating systems, while also removing rust, scale and other particles.

With filters ranging from Ultra-Fine, Fine, Medium, and Coarse, we have a filter to fit any filtration specification. Custom Micron sizes are also available. These bags are made from all Polypropylene Felt with a Galvanized Ring and handle for easy change-outs between uses.

1. I need these immediately. How quickly can you ship these out? +

All of our Standard Neptune Pot Feeder Bags in 1, 5, 20, and 50 are stocked in cases of (12) and (24) for immediate delivery from our warehouse in Wrentham, Massachusetts. We can usually get an order out same day if we get an order in hand by 3:15 pm EST!

2. I don’t see the micron that I need available for the Neptune Bags, can I get this in other microns? +

Of course. East Coast Filter, Inc. currently stocks the 1, 5, 20, and 50 Micron Neptune Bags in our Warehouse for immediate delivery, however, we can manufacture these bags in any micron ranging from 0.5-200 micron. Let us know what you are looking for and we can work on a quote for you!

3. Can you make these bags in other materials? +

Yes. Although Polypropylene is the industry standard material to use with Chemical Pot Feeders, East Coast Filter, Inc. has also made these bags using Polyester Felt. Let us know about your application and we can help determine what is the best material to use for your process.

4. I need a replacement Gasket for the cover of my Pot Feeder, can I get that at ECF? +

It sure is! We currently stock the Neptune Pot Feeder Replacement Gaskets and can ship them out immediately with any bags.
