Our PTFE/Teflon bag filters are constructed using 100% Teflon fibers. The optimized blend of fiber diameters, weights, and thicknesses creates a highly efficient depth filtration media ideal for challenging chemical and high-temperature environments.

While the material itself is robust, cleaning and reusing PTFE bags can degrade the structure of the Teflon felt, altering the micron rating and reducing overall filtration efficiency. For best results and process reliability, PTFE bag filters should be replaced rather than reused.
